The 4-Week Coaching Framework

Week 1:
Releasing Limiting Beliefs

Identify patterns, stories, and beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Begin clearing mental and emotional blocks so you can move forward with clarity.

Week 2:
Building Aligned Daily Habits

Create simple routines that support your energy, priorities, and lifestyle,  without perfection or burnout.

Week 3:
Vision + Alignment

Clarify what you truly want and realign your goals with who you’re becoming. This is where intention turns into direction.

Week 4:
Aligned Action + Integration

Turn clarity into confident action. Create a sustainable plan to carry your growth beyond the four weeks.
